Focus On It, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the howtogetyourkidstogotobed.com website, including book.howtogetyourkidstogotobed.com, and the HowToGetYourFamily series of publications (the “Service”). 3. Payment Processing
Our online store runs on Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and, if you choose it, Shop Pay. Some orders may also be processed through SamCart and its payment partners (including Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number on our systems. These providers have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

4. Product Delivery
Digital books and audiobooks are delivered by our delivery partner, BookFunnel, which receives your name and email address to send your files. Paperback orders are printed and shipped by our print-fulfillment partner and shipping carrier, which receive your name and shipping address.

5. Email Communications
If you request the Cheat Sheet or opt in to our email list, we use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to send you the Cheat Sheet and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing support@focusonitnow.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, to understand how visitors use the site, and to measure our advertising. These include:

  • Shopify, which uses cookies to run the store, the cart, and checkout, and to provide basic store analytics.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which helps us measure the results of our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine this information with other information it has about you, under Meta’s own privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which helps us understand how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session recordings (for example, where people click and how far they scroll). Clarity does not record what you type into forms such as payment fields. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can manage cookies through the cookie and privacy choices on our site where offered, through your browser settings, and through your Facebook ad preferences. Some parts of the Service may not work properly if you block all cookies.

7. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as Shopify for our store and checkout, BookFunnel for digital delivery, Kit for email, our print-fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, and the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 6), only to the extent needed to perform their function

  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws may treat the use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out using the “Your privacy choices” link on our site where available, or by emailing support@focusonitnow.com.

8. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For example, we retain order records for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
