By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are
Focus On It, LLC is a Maine limited liability company that publishes the HowToGetYourFamily series of books, including How To Get Your Kids To Go To Bed. We can be reached at support@focusonitnow.com or at the mailing address at the bottom of these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or create an account with us. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing
We sell digital books (eBooks), audiobooks, physical books (paperbacks), and bundles of these formats through the Service. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to change prices, products, or offerings at any time. Once you have completed a purchase, your price is locked in for that transaction.

4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we decline, you will not be charged, or any charge will be refunded.

Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through our provider) to charge the amount due.

5. Digital Product Delivery
eBooks and audiobooks are delivered by email immediately after purchase through our delivery partner, BookFunnel. eBooks can be read on Kindle, Apple Books, other e-readers, or a phone; audiobooks can be played in the free BookFunnel app or downloaded as MP3 files. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for making sure our delivery emails are not blocked by your spam filters.

If you do not receive your digital book within a reasonable time after purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@focusonitnow.com.

6. Physical Product Delivery
Paperback books ship via U.S. Postal Service or a comparable carrier to addresses within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on paperback orders within the U.S.; expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times vary but typically fall within 7–14 business days of order placement, subject to carrier performance.

We do not currently ship paperbacks internationally through direct sale. International readers can buy paperbacks through other retailers, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@focusonitnow.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

7. Refunds

8. License to Use Our Content
When you purchase a book or audiobook from us, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute the book or audiobook, or any substantial portion of it, to others
  • Resell, rent, or sublicense the book or audiobook
  • Upload the book or audiobook to any website, file-sharing service, or public location
  • Remove or alter copyright or attribution notices
  • Use the content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without our written permission

All content in our books and audiobooks, including text, audio, images, design, and structure, is the intellectual property of Focus On It, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

9. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud any person
  • Use automated means to scrape or copy content

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that any particular advice in our books will produce a particular result for your family. Every child is different. Every household is different. Our books offer strategies, perspectives, and guidance based on research and personal experience. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus On It, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focus On It, LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
